Gail Mylne completed a degree in social sciences and then realised that creativity and design were her true passions in life.
Further studies in display and advertising and two decades of working in the design industry have led her to establish Mixed Media Design on the idyllic Kapiti Coast – where she lives with her husband, teenage son and two dogs.

Gail’s background includes running her own successful company, Gail Mylne Design, for 12 years. This hands-on experience, combined with her accomplished use of graphics software (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat), ensures you will be getting outstanding design and print results.
By working closely with you to better understand you and your business, Gail translates this knowledge into creative results that reflect and enhance your business brand. She does not use a one-size-fits-all approach to design, instead developing and using the most appropriate visual language for your product or service.

Lifetime interest in art
Gail’s interest in creative artistic expression started at an early age. She continues to explore various art forms, concentrating mainly on abstract and stylised paintings with rich colours and textures. Office boy!
Cris has a Diploma in Business Studies and holds a senior position at Darroch Ltd, a property management company in Wellington.
He has a vital contributing role in Mixed Media Design, looking after the accounts and general administration. He also provides encouragement and support and is great as a sounding board for ideas.
